Prevail Bank has announced the promotion of Alycia Rehbein to the position of Retail Training Manager, effective August 4. Rehbein joined the bank in February and has already made a positive impact on her team and customers.

With over ten years of leadership experience, including time as a Branch Manager at another financial institution, Rehbein brings extensive knowledge and strategic insight to her new role. She is known for developing training and coaching programs that enhance performance, engagement, and confidence among teams. Her experience with cross-functional groups and various banking platforms positions her well to meet the evolving needs of Prevail’s retail teams.

Prevail Bank expressed excitement about Rehbein’s continued contributions in training and supporting employees. Her main office will be located at Prevail Bank in Medford.
