Chair yoga is back! Join Ellen Swan on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8-9 am at the Portage Public Library. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting or using a chair as support. This will be an ongoing program. Wear comfortable clothing.
