The Portage Area Chamber of Commerce is offering another way to develop more customers and build relationships with your fellow Chamber members and make those important connections that can help you in your business or career. Bring your business cards, brochures, or anything you wish to share with other members. Luncheon Information Jean Latham, of Bright Star Care will be our speaker today. Bright Star Care provides supplemental in-home care services ranging from companion care to skilled nursing care, allowing loved ones to remain in their home or return to home from a rehab or a healthcare facility. From around the clock to a few hours per week, they specifically tailor your loved one’s care plan to fit their specific needs and as an example provide:
- Companion Care: Light housekeeping, laundry, grocery & meal prep; Time off for caregiver; Transportation to & from appointments/activities
- Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, medication reminders
- Skilled Care: Medication Administration, IV Drug Therapies & Catheter & Wound Care
Their coverage area includes Sauk & Columbia counties and portions of Adams, Juneau and Marquette counties. They are also Gold Seal approved by the Joint Commission that accredits the nation’s best hospitals and major healthcare systems and validates that they follow their requirements for the highest level of safety and care.
