Residents of Columbus are advised that the city’s annual fall leaf pickup will take place from October 13 to November 10, 2025, depending on weather conditions. Leaves should be placed at the curb by 7:00 am on the Monday of the scheduled collection week.

The city has divided the area into two collection routes, with each route being serviced on alternate weeks. A downloadable map and schedule for the leaf pickup is available for residents at Leaf-Pickup-Schedule-2025.

Residents are reminded not to place leaves around posts, guide wires, or other obstacles, and to avoid parking cars near leaf piles. The city also notes that the schedule may change if weather conditions require adjustments.

“Do not put leaves around posts, guide wires, etc. Do not park cars by leaf piles. Schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions,” city officials stated.
