FOIA Request to Village Of Wyocena Regarding 2024 Election Same Day Registered Voters on November 7, 2024.

As part of our ongoing commitment to provide comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, we at SC Wisconsin News have submitted a request under the Wisconsin Open Records Law, §19.31 et seq., for a list of new voters who registered to vote on November 5, 2024.

The request was made in an effort to hold public institutions accountable and provide transparency to the public. We believe that access to such records is essential for us to fulfill our professional responsibilities.

Given our role in disseminating information to the public, we have also requested a fee waiver as a media professional. As always, we remain dedicated to reporting the facts and ensuring that our audience is well-informed about local government activities and decisions.

We await the response from Village Of Wyocena and will keep our readers updated with any developments.
