The third annual Goodwill Starts with You! Gala is scheduled to take place at the Lambeau Field Atrium on October 1, 2025. Organized by Goodwill North Central Wisconsin (NCW) and presented by Capital Credit Union, the event is expected to draw nearly 700 attendees.

During the evening, guests will hear stories from individuals who have benefited from Goodwill NCW programs. These accounts are intended to highlight how participants overcame obstacles with support from the organization. Attendees will also be presented with data illustrating the community impact of these initiatives.

A key feature of the gala will be the recognition of three individuals as award winners for 2025: Achiever of the Year, Graduate of the Year, and Veteran of the Year. Their experiences reflect Goodwill NCW’s mission statement: “Elevating People by Eliminating Barriers to Employment.” The awards are named after Edgar J. Helms.

Chris Hess, President and CEO of Goodwill NCW, is scheduled to participate in presenting this year’s Edgar J. Helms Award winners during a program that begins at 7 p.m., following registration and dinner.

Tickets and tables for the event can be purchased until September 12 through an online portal for the 2025 Goodwill Starts with You Gala.

The event will run from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., starting with registration and networking at 5 p.m., followed by dinner at 6 p.m., and concluding with a formal program at Lambeau Field Atrium located at 1265 Lombardi Ave., Green Bay.
