Event Details:

Class size is limited ~ Must be delivering at an Aspirus Hospital to register

Attendees will be emailed a link to join the virtual class via WebEx,

Only mothers need to complete registration, please include support person in space provided.

One 3-hour class

Perinatal educators have designed this class to prepare you for the last week of your pregnancy, labor, birth and hospital stay. Instructions reflect actual practices of the staff at Aspirus Riverview Family Birthplace.

  • Labor process
  • Breathing and relaxation techniques
  • Comfort measures and role of partner
  • Preparation for hospital stay

Taking the class during the third trimester of your pregnancy is recommended. Class size is limited and early registration is required. Your childbirth experience will be enhanced by practicing and discussing information and techniques independently as a couple.

Classes are offered once a month.
