It’s officially Police Lights of Christmas Fundraising Season!
Tuesday, July 26th, 11am – 8pm; please come to the Portage Pizza Ranch and meet the officers that protect your community, share a meal with your family – all while helping a neighbor in need!
All donations and funds raised from our events get turned into gift cards (which we purchase from local area schools’ Scrip programs).
The officers are then able to utilize these gift cards to help people in need that they come into contact with while on patrol throughout Christmas/Winter.
Last November we handed off over $165,000 in gift cards to over 50 law enforcement agencies throughout Wisconsin!
The Police Lights of Christmas Program – supporting our local heroes AND helping our neighbors in need = stronger communities!

July 1st – November 1st – Fundraising season/events hosted by departments across the state.
November 1st – November 25th – Large Scrip orders are placed with our participating schools

November 28th – The State-Wide Hand-Off Event – All 60+ participating law enforcement agencies attend the event to help stuff donated items (hats, socks, gloves, toiletries, snacks and free food coupons) into 1000 backpacks.  Each department is handed a box containing thousands of dollars-worth of gift cards and a large bag of backpacks to hand out where a gift card might not work

Dec 1st – Officers are now armed with gift cards to begin using to help people in need!
