The Stevens Point Noon Optimist Club has opened applications for its 2026 Optimist Scholarships, with up to $2,000 available for recipients. The scholarships are intended for students who meet specific requirements: applicants must reside in Portage County, be graduating high school seniors, and have been accepted to or currently attend an accredited institution of higher education as full-time students.
