CITY OF COLUMBUS: Recreation Advisory Committee Members Needed

City of Columbus issued the following announcement on July 20

The City of Columbus is looking for two members of our community who would enjoy serving on the Recreation Advisory Committee. The Recreation Advisory Committee works with the Recreation Department; advises City Council on issues pertinent to parks, open space, playgrounds, and recreation programs; assists in planning programs for the community and stimulating interest in the programs among the residents of the City.

The City has many boards, committees and commissions that fit almost any interest or skill set, and are in need of motivated people like you to help them decide how their budgets are spent.

Click here to fill out the form and let Mayor Michael Thom know you are interested in serving.
