City of Monroe issued the following announcement on Sept. 17
The Public Parking Lot at 15th Avenue and 11th Street will be closed for Maintenance Monday, September 20th, through Wednesday, September 22nd, 2021. Crews will be working on a pavement preservation project which, includes crack filling and pavement sealing.
