City of Monroe issued the following announcement on Dec. 20
NOTICE is hereby given that a Declaration of Non-Candidacy has been filed by the following individuals and positions for the City of Monroe:
Mayor – Louis Armstrong
Alderperson at Large – Mickey Beam
Individuals interested in running for office may contact City Clerk, Brittney Rindy. The deadline to file Declaration of Candidacy and Nomination Packets is January 4, 2022.
