Prevail Bank has announced the promotion of Alyssa Jackson to the position of Customer Contact Center Manager. Jackson brings over a decade of experience in contact center environments, having spent several years creating and leading training and development programs for representatives. Her new role will be based at the Prevail Bank branch in Stevens Point, effective May 27.
Jackson's interests outside of work include camping, traveling, watching football and baseball at Lambeau Field and American Family Field, and spending time with her family.
