First State Bank has announced the appointment of James Dietzler as Senior Vice President of Business Banking. In his new role, Dietzler will lead the bank's business banking strategy, focusing on building relationships with local businesses and enhancing growth in commercial and agricultural lending and treasury services.

Dietzler brings over 25 years of experience in banking, particularly in business development and portfolio management. His expertise lies in identifying financial solutions that enhance profitability and foster long-term partnerships. Before joining First State Bank, he was Vice President, Commercial Banking and Agriculture Loan Officer at Premier Community Bank.

"James joins us at a pivotal time as we continue to invest in the growth of our business banking division," stated Jason Wery, EVP, Chief Banking Officer at First State Bank.
