Prevail Bank has announced the addition of two new members to the Board of Directors of Prevail Mutual Holdings, Inc. Jesse Turner, Executive Vice President at River View Construction, Inc. in Wausau, and James Fedie, a Commercial Real Estate Agent with Eau Claire Realty, were appointed effective August 19.

Nathan Quinnell, President and CEO of Prevail Bank, stated: “Wausau and Eau Claire are key growth markets for Prevail Bank. We’re thrilled to welcome two outstanding leaders who not only bring a deep understanding and expertise to the Board but also share our values and commitment to community. Their insight will be instrumental as we continue to expand our presence in these regions.”

Jesse Turner brings more than 25 years of experience in the construction sector. He has a background in strategic growth, financial oversight, and risk management. Turner has led several acquisitions and serves as Secretary/Treasurer on the River View Construction Board of Directors.

James Fedie offers over three decades of experience focused on strategic planning, market analysis, and land development. He is active with the Finance and Governance Committee for the Feed My People Food Bank Board.

Turner and Fedie join current board members Greg Krug (Krug Law Offices), Dean Carter (CEO/Director at Gaskets, Inc.), Mike Schaefer (former President/CEO at Taylor Electric Co-op), Jeannie Deml (President/CEO at Enerquip Thermal Solutions), Mark Scheunemann (CPA and Managing Partner at Legacy Accounting & Financial Services in Stevens Point), Nathan Quinnell (President/CEO at Prevail Bank), and William Weiland (former CEO at Prevail Bank).
