UW-Stevens Point announces November concert series on two campuses

The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point will present several music concerts on its Stevens Point and Marshfield campuses throughout November.

Concerts at the Stevens Point campus are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at Michelsen Hall in the Noel Fine Arts Center, located at 1800 Portage Street. Ticket prices are set at $18 for the general public, $16 for seniors aged 62 and older, and $10 for youth under 18 as well as university employees. Students of UW-Stevens Point can attend these events free of charge. All events require tickets unless otherwise specified.

At the Marshfield campus, concerts will also begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Helen Connor Laird Theatre at 2000 W. Fifth Street. Tickets for these performances cost $10 per person.

Tickets can be purchased online at www.tickets.uwsp.edu, by phone at 715-346-4100, or in person at each campus’s box office one hour before the event.

The concert schedule includes:
– Thursday, Nov. 13 – UWSP Choir Concert
– Friday, Nov. 14 – Hub City Winds Concert (UWSP at Marshfield)
– Wednesday, Nov. 19 – Wind Symphony Concert
– Monday, Nov. 24 – Symphonic Wind Ensemble Concert
– Tuesday, Nov. 25 – Jazz Ensemble Concert
