Waushara County Community Vaccine Clinics Offered for Ages 5 and Up

The Waushara County Health Department and Family Health La Clinica community health center, in partnership with Waushara County schools, will be holding several upcoming walk-in community vaccine clinics to help vaccinate the public against COVID-19. Clinic dates at each Waushara County school district location are planned. Vaccines are provided at no cost and no appointment is needed.

These clinics are open to the community and will offer the Pfizer vaccine only for ages 5 and up. Each location will have two dates to plan for both first and second doses of the vaccine series. Only one dose is needed for those coming for a booster shot. Those who completed the 2-dose Pfizer or Moderna vaccine series at least 6 months ago or those who received the 1-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine at least 2 months ago can get a Pfizer booster shot.

The public is encouraged to choose the locations that are most convenient for them. All clinic dates below are scheduled from 4-6 pm. All doses of the Pfizer vaccine for ages 5 and up and boosters for ages 16 and up will be offered at no cost.

Wautoma High School, 514 S Cambridge Street: Tuesday, January 11th and Tuesday, February 8th from 4-6 pm.

Tri-County School, 409 S West Street in Plainfield: Wednesday, January 12th and Wednesday, February 9th from 4-6 pm.

Wild Rose Elementary, 825 Mount Morris Street: Wednesday, January 19th and Wednesday, February 16th from 4-6 pm.
