The Stevens Point Area YMCA is set to host its annual Father Daughter Dance on Saturday, February 8th. The event will take place from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Y gym and welcomes all community members, regardless of their YMCA membership status. Attendees must register and pay a fee of $15 per person for Y members or $18 for the general public.
Participants can look forward to an evening that includes dinner, dancing, a photo opportunity with their daughters, and a flower for each daughter. Special guests Jordenne Butler and Addison Morin, Miss Northern Lights and Miss Northern Lights’ Teen respectively, along with Ruby Marti, Miss River Cities’ Teen, will be present at the dance.
"The Y recognizes the importance of a strong community and takes every opportunity it can to provide children and families with fun and affordable community events," stated representatives from the YMCA.
