Delo Sports Medicine & Interventional Orthopedics has announced a seminar focused on regenerative medicine. The event is scheduled for Thursday, April 3rd, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stevens Point Country Club, located at 1628 Country Club Drive in Stevens Point.
The seminar will be led by Marjorie Delo, MD, CAQSM, RMSK. Dr. Delo, a graduate of MIT with extensive experience in regenerative medicine, will cover several techniques including microfragmented adipose tissue (MFAT), bone marrow concentrate (BMAC), platelet-rich plasma (PRP), alpha-2 macroglobulin (A2M), radial and focused shockwave treatment, and prolotherapy.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn about how these treatments can help avoid surgery while reducing healing time and costs. Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be available during the event.
