Prevail Bank has recently increased its financial support to CREATE Portage County with a contribution of $5,000. This brings the bank's total investment in the community development organization to $22,250.
CREATE Portage County is known for utilizing arts, entrepreneurship, and culture as key elements in uniting people and fostering local business growth. The organization aims to strengthen its position as a leader in community development while revitalizing Portage County and creating an inclusive community.
Nathan Quinnell, CEO/President of Prevail Bank, stated: “We are proud to support CREATE Portage County. We’re a community bank that is passionate about economic development, and the financial stability, welfare, and growth of individuals, families, and businesses.”
The check presentation took place in CREATE’s Great Hall. In attendance were Kristin Hubbard Dostal (Executive Director), Ryan Branwell (Community Engagement Manager), Nick Theisen (Event and Experiences Intern), Dejonna Bates (Prevail Bank Branch Manager), and Dale Sankey (VP Commercial Loan Officer). Garrett Katerzynske, Director of Operations and Digital Marketing at CREATE was not present.
Prevail Bank made its initial investment in CREATE Portage County back in May 2020.
