Westfield School District recently issued the following announcement.
Child Development Day
Preschool Screening
Friday, November 12, 2021
Children who are ages 2.5 – 4 years old and are not currently in a district program are encouraged to attend this screening day. Children’s vision, hearing, gross and fine motor, and cognitive skills will also be assessed.
Please contact Anne Moody at 608.296.2141 ext. 1046 or email anne.moody@westfieldpioneers.org to schedule a screening time on this day. The scheduled screenings will take place in the Multi-purpose building behind the High School (by the track) from 8:00 am – 2:30 pm.
Please bring your child’s birth certificate and immunization record to the screening.
