There were 995 students enrolled in Poynette School District schools in the 2022-23 school year, 2% less than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Among the three schools in the Poynette School District, Poynette Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 412 students in the 2022-23 school year.
